I would absolutely recommend Zerorez and will use them in the future. The products and smells were fresh and clean. The tech was professional and polite. The process of cleaning the carpets was effective and efficient.

I want to point out that closets were an extra charge caught by the technician at the walk through prior to his starting his work on my carpets. I was clear during the phone call for booking that I had four bedrooms. I feel that the booking agent should have pointed out the charges for closets. How was I to know and ask if closets have their own charge? For a room to be labeled a bedroom a closet is necessary. I assumed a closet was included as part of the bedroom cost and I was unhappy about the additional costs.

My name is Matt DeFilippo. I recently purchased a home in Dormont, PA and needed the carpets cleaned in the 3 bedrooms and hallway upstairs. Wyatt Duffield was the ZeroRez Specialist that showed up. He did an amazing job - the carpets look phenomenal. He taught me a few things about cleaning carpets and was very helpful/informative. He was a very nice guy as well - he wasn’t in a rush or anything - he took his time and made sure everything was done correctly and to the best of his efforts. I will continue using ZeroRez going forward because of Wyatt.

I have had your company come out twice now and the techs are very courteous and do a great job. I love that they explain everything and won't leave unless you are fully satisfied. It is really nice to have things freshened up. I also love how the carpet is not soaking wet when they finish. Will continue to use and refer your company to family and friends.

The technician worked over an hour on one specific vent trying to clear debris in the cold air return. I was extremely impressed at his dedication and determination.

The product not having chemicals is huge and smells a really nice citrus smell. Drying time is short-huge plus. My carpets look great! The gentleman who came to our home was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Answered so many questions, explained the products well and made a lot of useful suggestions. Would definitely use them again in the future.
