The technician was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, and did a great job. There was a problem after the cleaning when an old stain resurfaced as the carpet dried, and the same technician came back and took care of it the following weekend. The carpet looks very fresh and clean and I am very pleased.

The technician was early to my appointment and worked really hard to get some pretty tough stains out...I wasn't sure if they would come out (I think they were tanning lotion from my roommate) and the entire couch cushions were VERY dingy because of it...and they look amazing now!

The guy came on time and explained the process. It was a little expensive for the pet treatment so we did eliminate one room. But he was quick, courteous and professional.
