The carpet ended up looking almost as though it was new.

I am so impressed. There were spots in the family room carpet that were there for 5 years that another carpet cleaning company did not remove. This 20 year old carpet looks brand new.
The technician was very polite and he worked very quickly. They 30 old carpet in the bedroom has new life too.

I did get sticker shock because it was advertised at $99 for three rooms and it cost me almost $600 when it was done. I wanted some additional work done but could not afford it. I was advised of the price but only after the technician was in my house to do the work. I was disappointed that Zerorez did that kind of "bait and switch" to customers. I would like to have more services done, but will have to wait until I can afford your services.

Jesse was awesome. Showed up at the beginning of our scheduled block and was efficient yet thorough. Walked us through all the treatments, options, etc. The house smells great, looks great...will definitely use zerorez in the future.

I love how it doesn't leave a residue and my carpets look nice and clean and not sticky. Plus I love how you can walk on the carpets even though they are still a little damp. You can't really do that with the other carpet cleaning services because it will attract dirt since they leave a residue build-up behind. And our tech, Wyatt went above and beyond in customer service for us. He was very friendly and very professional. He even answered a question or two for us after hours as I panicked when someone tracked mud into our living room after it had just been cleaned and I wasn't sure what to use on it. He got right back to me on a Sunday. Now if that isn't service, I don't know what is! I would definitely recommend your service to all my friends and I already have. Thanks again Wyatt and Zerorez. Courteous staff and great cleaning!

Have heard the Zerorez commercials on 100.7, as well as, The Fan and decided to give them a try. Scheduling an appointment that was convenient for me was easy. A few days before received an e-mail letting me know the window of time to expect them.

Daniel called when he was on his way, introduced himself when he got there, put protectors on his shoes and checked out the rooms to be cleaned. He was friendly and very professional as he explained the Zerorez products he would use and the importance of waiting to put the rooms back together (I had him add the protection) and when to vacuum the carpets.

Before I knew it, he was finishing up and explained Zerorez’s policy regarding if I was not 100% satisfied, they would be back if needed.

I am 110% satisfied with Daniel, the job he did and the Zerorez products. Will highly recommend Zerorez!
