Fast and courteous, Jacob explained what he was doing and was very helpful. I’ll be sure to use Zerorez again. The carpets came out a lot better than I thought they would, 3 boys and 3 dogs can really put your carpet to the test, but to my surprise Jacob was able to get all the stains out.

Both of the services were extremely well received on Friday 7/26/19. All three of the service technicians were friendly, efficient and worked quickly. Our house smelled very clean and fresh after they were finished. I highly recommend both of these services, vent cleaning and carpet cleaning.

My carpets have never been this clean.
They were in and out of here in 1 hour. Carpet was real dirty because of pets and my own Bissel carpet cleaner had broken 6 months ago. They called when they were on the way. They came with 2 employees, they were friendly and did a great job. I got the Biological #1 treatment because of the pets. Carpet was clean and There was NO Chemical Oder when they left.
