Great customer service
This was my first time using Zerorez to clean out my duct work, and I must say I was very pleased with the results. The before and after pictures wow before pics are kinda disgusting; but the after pics are great what a difference. The technician was Chris he was professional, knowledgeable, answered and explained the questions I asked. I believe this procedure will help the air quality also less dusting LOL as a house wife that's important to me. I will recommened this company to family and friends.

I waited a few days before I wrote a review. My experience over many years with having carpets cleaned is that they look great when still wet but after they dry many marks/stains (including ones I didn't know I had) re-surface or become more visible. I had no illusions about the marks on my cream, wool carpet. They might not lift completely. However, I couldn't help, initially, being a bit disappointed that they hadn't reduced as much as I hoped. David (I think that was my technician's name), worked very hard on the stains but was mindful of the delicacy of wool and said he didn't want to risk working on them any more. He also said they would be less visible when the carpet dried. I was skeptical. I had heard that one before. Even though the carpets looked very good in general I didn't hold out much hope for the stains. BUT HE WAS RIGHT. Once all had completely dried, all the stains had REDUCED SUBSTANTIALLY , to the point where some don't catch my eye all the time and I can ignore them while others are gone COMPLETELY. Well done David!
Other good things about Zerorez: Punctual, excellent respectful service both in field and in the office (provided references nearby) and no harsh chemicals - good for wool, pets and kids.

We had our air ducts cleaned and the before and after pictures told the story. The air is cleaner and fresher and the furnace is running more efficient. The antibacterial rise was also a good choice. The technician was on time very friendly and worked efficiently and explained everything to me and did a fantastic job. I was very satisfied and will be scheduling our rugs to be cleaned as well by Zerorez.
