Zerorez, particularly the team of Jesse and Rachael, deliver service that constantly defies expectations. They are able to accommodate same day service, the carpet cleaning is fast and the carpet looks phenomenal afterwards. We are so pleased with every visit from Zerorez! I wish all of my contractors were half as great as them.

Mariah cleaned our carpets. She was very friendly, she called ahead to update us on the time of her arrival. She explained everything that was going to be done, she was very efficient and got the job done. We don’t come across a lot of people who can smile and be pleasant while doing their job. It was pleasure having her in our home and our carpets look great!
