Talked with your manager this morning; Tech was fine, still want you to lower your prices or I’ll have to go with a different company in the future. 5 min to clean 12 steps for $60 seems excessive.

I received a call from your office manager Rachael this morning in regards to the survey that I had previously filled out a few days ago. I have a better understanding of the process now I am just too old school for all this fancy technology and I don’t like that the call center did not quote me with the tax included or for all the services I asked for.
When you’re calling in to book the special and you ask what prices are of other things (unrelated to the booking) I would like a general total even if I don’t schedule that with you that day. For you to just quote out prices without totaling them all up for the customer, doesn’t really help us older folk When trying to budget a cleaning On a fixed income.
Luckily for you, your staff is so incredibly helpful and friendly that I have no other choice but to give everybody I’ve dealt with in Pittsburgh, a 10.
Would recommend to family and friends but I’ll let them know about my call center experience and to relay as much info as possible to get more accurate pricing. I’m not trying to have a heart attack over $50, thank you. Also thank you for the follow up from my previous review

Friendly and efficient

Our technician was wonderful. He did a fantastic, thorough job. The only reason I am not giving a 10 is because I received 2 emails from Zerorez telling me the technician would arrive between 3-6pm and he showed up at 1:30, and I had to leave work early to meet him. He told us he was not made aware of the 3-6pm window, so not his fault.

Our guy was very professional

My services and cleaning to my home was very professional, prompt, and well done.

I liked how quickly and easily it was to schedule an appointment. I was informed of the waste removal fee over the phone. The service technician called prior to appointment block to give an estimated time of arrival, which was well within my given time block.(3-6pm). He arrived when expected, explained services, and offered available upgrades. We did not feel pressured to purchase additional services, as we have with other companies, and used the biological for pet odor. Our tech was courteous, wore protective foot covers, and assisted my husband with moving items. The carpets dried quickly.
The only concern I had, was that my and my husband’s eyes were irritated the evening and morning after the cleaning, We may have had a reaction to the pet treatment, so I may only do the water only cleaning, in the future.

We are absolutely thrilled with the amazing outcome of our carpets! Being they are an off white color, we never dreamed they would look brand new once Lance Cain finished cleaning them!! He did an outstanding job and was very professional in his work. He explained the entire sequence of what he would be doing before he started, and also explained what products he would be using that would make our carpets clean.

We appreciated Lance's hard work, and for those looking to have their carpets cleaned we would highly recommend they hire Zerorez of Pittsburgh, (and Lance!) to do their job!
