Our technician, Lance, was phenomenal! He was personable, straight forward, and professional. I felt he truly cared about my satisfaction with the cleaning. I have never had a bad experience with Zerorez, but this encounter stood out because of how wonderful Lance is. I will definitely request him for next time! And, yes, my carpets look fantastic!

First and formost donna is by far a great person and really explains things to our understanding, the work that she did turned out great, we had some water marks still but she come back the very next day and fixed the problem, we will be continuing using this service from now on

Quick to get an appointment, came back the day after I called for a second appointment when the carpet needed a second treatment to get the dogs urine smell out completely. Very polite and knowledgeable technician.

My tech was right...the carpet was dry by the 12 hour mark! I didn’t think there was any way it could be but it was. Thanks for such a great job...the carpet looks fantastic!
