The workers are very friendly and co-operative with home owners requests. Your home has a pleasant smell instead of strong cleaning chemical smell on completion. The final step using the large fan for drying is so helpful. Everything can be back to normal in a few hours. I am definitely pleased with results.

We inquired about possibly getting a chair cleaned and the technician was very honest that it likely would not be successful due to nature of stains being body oils. This was our 2nd experience with Zerorez and it was just as good as the last one from Nov 2019. Lance, our tech was absolutely the best. Zerorez is lucky to have him as an employee. He is professional and very attentive to the customer’s needs. He is not pushy as he explains all the Zerorez options.

The representative did an excellent job. She was so concerned to do a good job. She worked very hard and removed some spots other carpet cleaners could not remove. I don't know how she did all that work, but I am very happy with the job.

I appreciated the phone call as he was arriving. I felt like the technician respected my home and put booties on immediately and put a screen to block the outside door. The air duct cleaning is one of the most fascinating processes I’ve seen. My husband and I were happy that you could see the before and after picture of vents. I would use this company again. Maybe next time I’ll have the floors cleaned.
