Great job. Showed up at the beginning of the window time which was before 10:00 AM. Cleaned two rooms within 45-50 minutes. The carpet was completely dry by evening. Smells snd looks fresh and clean.

What do you like about our products and services?

The rugs feel look and smell clean. We love the stink/stain remover. We have 3 dogs and depend on the solution. The spots stay away and the carpets look like new. The technicians are always professional and well trained. Kevin are tech was excellent and I will be asking for him again when ready to have service done again. I would recommend zerorez to everyone.

Donna did an amazing job! She was very professional. She explained the treatment thoroughly before beginning and finished in a timely manner. She worked hard on spot cleanning our trouble areas. The carpet looks like new. Job well done!

Professional staff, he explained the entire process. Left the "old" rug on stairs and hall way soft and clean. Uses pressurized water without soap.

We like the fact that Zerorez doesn’t use harsh soaps, yet cleans effectively. We were extremely pleased with how clean our carpet and bathroom tile/grout was afterwards.
