My carpets are old, I really just wanted them to be clean, didn't really care about stains, etc. I was thrilled with the result! Didn't get out all of the dirt, but that would have been unrealistic. But the looked WAY better than I expected.

Yesterday I responded and completed my survey in regard to services rendered. My 30 year old carpet looked and smelled much better and the grout in my kitchen, hallway and powder room never looked so good.

Today I got an unexpected call from Chris at Zerorez of Pittsburgh. He offered to fix the issue i spoke of in my review. I explained that we had already done the clean up but appreciated his offer tremendously. He then gave me a credit on my account. I really appreciate that and it is nice to see he took my review seriously.

I will certainly recommend the company and will also consider them in early summer for the cleaning of our carpets at the office.

I like the fact that no harsh chemicals are used and they leave everything well cleaned and almost dry. Great techs too
