Chuck was very consciousness, neat and professional. I appreciated him wearing a mask and placing aisle runners down when he was cleaning. He took great care of everything he moved and did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. He explained all the procedure and offered many services that I could add to help with spots and stains etc. I highly recommend him! You are lucky to have such a great employee. I've had other carpet cleaners (not with Zeorez) and was very dissatisfied. So glad I found this company! Thank you!

Cleaning men did a nice job and was careful moving things. No problems.

When I scheduled the date for cleaning, most of the personal info I gave was incorrect. I was supposed to receive everything we discussed via e mail within minutes; never received a thing. My phone number was incorrect in the system. Then I was supposed to receive an itemized bill after I paid the cleaners which never came. I gave it 24 hours then I finally called to find out that my bill was sent to someone else! As I said, they did a good job on the cleaning, but the rest I would rate a 0. Really don't know if I would go through all this for a simple carpet cleaning again.

Seth explained everything as soon as he arrived. He did everything within the time he said it would take and the tile and carpets looked wonderful. We have lived here for 29 years with all of the same flooring. He did a great job for a very affordable price. I would recommend Zerorez to everyone.
