You did what you said on time

The technicians were timely and called in advance prior to arrival. When they came they evaluated the rooms to be cleaned and they gave me some options to consider. After those decisions, they promptly got to work and treated the areas specifically and were busy about the task of cleaning the carpets. I was honestly surprised at the difference. Even though our carpets are aged and we have had 2 dogs over the years and 3 boys they did an amazing job cleaning the carpets.

After they left, we noticed a couple of areas that seem to have surfaced with some spots that resurfaced so we fully intend on calling them within the 30 day window to have a technician come out and treat the few areas that present challenges. The technicians were professional and respectful. They moved the furniture that I requested to be moved. I would use them again.

I was very glad to see they were on time, very polite and got right to work getting everything set up and started to do the job. He was finished in an hours time, I had 3 rooms to be cleaned and the protectant applied, no fooling around. I will have them back when I need their service again, the carpets dried within the 6-8 hours the tech said they would and they look so good. Thanks so much. P.S. The price was very reasonable, too.

First of all the technician was very personable and efficient. He pre-treated the spots that were on the carpet and then cleaned it. I like that the cleaning is done with only water and doesn't deposit any solutions on the carpet in the process. Using another company it felt like there was a residue left when they were finished. My carpet looks and smells clean. This is my second time using your services and I have been pleased both times.

The service man who cleaned my rugs was the best I ever had. He worked diligently to make old rugs look new. They are very clean and fresh. I can't emphasize enough that he really was personable, polite and a hard working employee. You would do well to give your best technician a nice bonus for his excellent service and representation of your company.

The Techs are friendly and well trained to answer any questions you have about the services you are having done. They will also tell you if you need to have a service done by what the see when they are in your home. They will even clean your clothes dryer duct, which can cause a fire in your home.
I have peace of mind knowing I have taken care of several things I needed to have done in a single visit.

Service was incredible. So friendly and professional. Our stairs look like we have brand new carpeting. No chemical smells, no left over cleaner. Perfection. I will use Zerorez for all my cleaning needs!

Dan was very friendly and knowledgeable and he gets a "10". I appreciate the coupon but feel the rates for the extra treatment that was advised could be more competitive. My bill was nearly double what I had expected to pay. The price would be the only reason that I may look elsewhere next time
