I liked being able to book the appointment online. The day of the cleaning, the technician was very polity and able to answer all my questions. He explained everything that was happening. It was a great experience.

Staff was friendly and on time. They were able to accommodate a last minute time and day change. Our carpets look great and I love that they don't have a chemical residue. Will use again!

I loved every bit of the Zerorez process! From the ease of scheduling to the absolute professionalism of the team members and of course the shocking results(shocking in a good way) My technician, Matthew, was a star! After asking me about the life of the carpet, Matthew got down on the floor and put his nose right into a stain! I was amazed, especially considering this was a rental property and that was a mystery stain. Talk about devotion to the job. I have been telling everyone to try Zerorez before spending thousands on new carpeting!

The technician was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He talked me through the services, checked in to show the progress on spot areas and confirmed the services I wanted before charging me. The room was clean and fresh without chemical smells and the carpets are soft not sticky or powdery.

Jeff and his team are awesome, super friendly and helpful. They made the process easy to understand and were able to clean all of the vents/ducts, the dryer vent, and my furnace system in only ~2 hours. It's already made a big difference in the air quality in my house. Will definitely be back in the future!
