My carpet was in terrible condition due to pet accidents and not being cleaned in over 1 year (due to COVID). DAN did an excellent job in explaining the cleaning process and doing the work. The carpet looks new and feels soft. Also, I previously had a chair cleaned without a good result. Dan was able to remove the pet oils/dirt and save me from having to reupholster the chair. I will definitely use only Zerores in the future.
