Was very happy with the air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning that were performed. The price was what it was quoted less taxes. No high pressure sales tactics were used. Everything was thoroughly explained. Techs were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They took the time to ensure I was satisfied.

The Zerorez technician who helped us with our carpet cleaning was fantastic. Very professional, prompt and knowledgeable of what needed done. Would recommend to anyone!

The service and person who did the work was great. Please make sure all of your staff is vaccinated if they are coming in to people’s homes. I should have requested this due to health concerns and did not. I was quite honestly floored our person was not, so they put on a mask when I asked them if they were vaccinated. This is life or death for some people - please get vaccinated for others safety if not your own!

When Brandon came to the house he was very respectful, he even asked to enter! He explained the entire process and the different levels of cleaning that could be done. When he was finished he asked me to check each room to make sure I was completely 💯 satisfied. The process did not take all day long either which was great.

Dan called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way, he showed up promptly and began to work. He thoroughly explained what he would be doing and the expected results, I ended up upgrading my service on his recommendation and I'm glad I did! My carpets are rejuvenated and look amazing!

Price, quality, professionalism

As you are probably aware, the older we get the more likely we are to spill and drop things on our carpets. There was no way all the dirt and grime was coming out. But...
Zerorez cleaned my elderly parents carpet to look brand new again. They also did their chair and couch which turned out fantastic.
The technician was both friendly and efficient. He gets a high recommendation from me.
