Everything. Initial phone contact was informative and precise. Appointment was set quickly (3 days). Workers were on time for duck cleaning and install of uv equipment. Carpet cleaning guy was an hour early( unimaginable these days). Trucks were impressive as were the crews and their efficiency and knowledge of their jobs. All were very courteous. I’m a remodeled, so I can appreciate what is necessary for good/great customer relationships, and these guys could be on my team anytime. I hope to have the same guys back next time I need ZEROREZ. Wow! My carpets are SO clean! I really didn’t think there was any hope that our living room / play room carpets could be saved after years of 3 kids and 1 dog abusing them.....but I was wrong! ZEROREZ did an amazing job! All the spots are gone! And our technician was so professional and friendly! My kids want him to come back again!! Thank you so much!!
