My carpets hadn't been cleaned to more years than I'd like to say, and when David was finished, they looked almost new! He even got out some stains that I thought would be impossible to remove! I couldn't be happier!!

I liked the way the products were explained to me, and the service was very good. The tech and I observed the rooms I wanted cleaned, he pointed out some odors from an animal I had not been aware of, and offered several options from which to choose to add to the basic cleaning I had requested. The tech was especially helpful in moving some heavier pieces of furniture to clean under them, replacing them with styrofoam blocks underneath to prevent the wood bases from staining the carpet.. He inquired several times if there was anything else I needed him to do.
Your products are not soapy, so there are no worries of a returning stain. The technician arrived on time, was helpful and professional. I will use your services in the future and would recommend to friends.
