They arrived exactly at the time they promised and even called prior to that time to let me know they would be ten minutes earlier than promised. Love the smell of the freshly cleaned carpet throughout our home. Everything is completely dry after 24 hours, just as Luke had said it would be. He was very prompt and did a fabulous job. We have no complaints.
