The service provider who came to the house was super professional. He was early for his appointment and really surveyed the areas. He was very knowledgeable. He recommended extra cleaning due to what he found, but never pushed anything. The cleaning was perfect and our carpets feel SO much better!

I recently had my air ducts cleaned. It’s been a week and I’m noticing such a huge difference in my home, less dust and less allergies!!! Everyone I spoke with at Zerorez was friendly and professional. The techs that came to the house, Josh and Pat were great. They showed up on time, answered all my questions and told me exactly what the process was. They cleaned up after themselves and were quick and efficient, great experience.

Technician arrived earlier than expected (a good thing) he called about 5 minutes out as he was working nearby. He took the tour of the work areas, we discussed any special issues , confirmed the quoted price and he got started. He was done in just about 1 he and 30 minutes. I made payment, discussed drying time and he was off. The only thing that bothered me a little was that I paid by credit card and he entered my card number, expiration date and security code inhis phone. That seemed odd to me. Next time I would pay by check. All in all, we were pleased with the quick turn around time and the end result.
It dries much faster than steam cleaning and leaves no odor.
