The Service was even better than we expected. Kevin arrived on time, walked us through our home to see exactly what we wanted. He then proceeded to spot clean and then clean our entire carpeting in our home. He was extremely neat and the carpets look new, even though it is 18 years old. We had a great experience with Zerorez of Pittsburgh. They cleaned our carpets and were very efficient. Their communication was great and were able to get to us earlier than the scheduled time. As each area was complete they also had us inspect the rooms.

My tech was very professional, knowledgeable and just had good ppl vibe. Didn’t hurt that the carpet looked great when he left and I knew he had gone over every inch because he was able to point out very specific (and minor) spots that were just too far embedded into the carpet fibers for cleaning to lift completely.
