I liked the way the products were explained to me, and the service was very good. The tech and I observed the rooms I wanted cleaned, he pointed out some odors from an animal I had not been aware of, and offered several options from which to choose to add to the basic cleaning I had requested. The tech was especially helpful in moving some heavier pieces of furniture to clean under them, replacing them with styrofoam blocks underneath to prevent the wood bases from staining the carpet.. He inquired several times if there was anything else I needed him to do.

The appointment was set up quickly, service and quality of work was executed especially well. Jared did a great job while being respectful and personable. Will definitely hire again.

I loved every bit of the Zerorez process! From the ease of scheduling to the absolute professionalism of the team members and of course the shocking results(shocking in a good way) My technician, Matthew, was a star! After asking me about the life of the carpet, Matthew got down on the floor and put his nose right into a stain! I was amazed, especially considering this was a rental property and that was a mystery stain. Talk about devotion to the job. I have been telling everyone to try Zerorez before spending thousands on new carpeting!

The technician was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He talked me through the services, checked in to show the progress on spot areas and confirmed the services I wanted before charging me. The room was clean and fresh without chemical smells and the carpets are soft not sticky or powdery.

Jeff and his team are awesome, super friendly and helpful. They made the process easy to understand and were able to clean all of the vents/ducts, the dryer vent, and my furnace system in only ~2 hours. It's already made a big difference in the air quality in my house. Will definitely be back in the future!
