The one tech made it a point to show me a small area above one register where the paint had been removed when the tape was pulled off. He went to the basement and checked several cans of paint before repainting the small area which blends in perfectly. I consider that being an unusual dedication to service in today's world.

I was very pleased with the appearance of my carpeting when they were done. It was obvious they put forth a lot of effort to remove the stained areas. Especially the steps. I was pleased that the carpets were not soaking wet. They were just damp. I also appreciated the care the guys took in moving the furniture around.
Luke and Paris were the guys who cleaned our carpets. I give them a “10”.

The extra product that Anthony picked to rid the carpet of cat urine smell has really worked. I had tried all kinds of other products to help with this problem and none helped until Anthony used the product that Zerorez offers. Sorry, I can’t remember the name and can’t find my receipt. After that he did a fantastic job of cleaning the carpets and they came out beautifully. I would recommend Zerorez and I would recommend Anthony to do the job!
