The job your technicians Brandon and Cody did was great on my carpeting in my kitchen, hallway, and lower stairs before having company fly in from out of state. In retrospect concerning my late brothers cat. Green Eyes has "never, ever urinated" on my carpeting! If anything it's an occasional "hairball". Meaning #196 -- ZeroStink Spotter really wasn't needed. I don't have a dog like a # of my neighbors do and have that kind of a pet problem. End of story.
I was very surprised how fast I could get my air ducts clean. The team was very polite, friendly with my dogs, and very communicative throughout the whole process.
After cleaning it smells fresh and the carpets dry very quickly. Stubborn stains and dirt are removed. The technicians are always informative and friendly, telling you exactly what they will be doing.

I do wish you provided the overall cleaning on the room size, rather than just “3 rooms.” Our bedrooms are extremely small, our hallway is extremely small. It takes a very short time to complete my house yet I pay the same amount as someone who has a much larger space to clean. If another company offered different pricing yet the same chemical free solution, I would consider trying a different company. Otherwise, I do love ZeroRez and everyone has always been great to work with!
