Lance was our technician. He was amazing; a ten out of ten. A fantastic personality and the best technician we've ever had - he got stains out that previously had us disappointed with other ZeroRez technicians that couldn't get them out and was overall way more attentive to detail and providing a better overall clean. He was fabulous; can't say enough good things about him - we will be coming back solely because of him (it's expensive and he definitely made it worth it). This was back in June 2025, we just came across this survey and made sure to fill it out, that's how great he was - we hope he gets his recognition and value paid.

Mr. Jackson was a very prompt, personable technician. The process was quick and left the carpet looking great and the rooms smelling nice. The price was very fair, especially with the special. We will use zerorez in the future, as will our daughter.

I have had Zero Rez at my home to clean my carpets at least 5 times in the past 4 years. I have always been quite impressed with the outcome of my carpets. they look like brand new and they are 17 years old! my experience with Zero Rez has been nothing short of wonderful. I have had the technicians of Lance, Tyler and Jordan. They have all been very professional, knowledgeable and explained their procedures and all costs due to the service I requested. I would and do brag about this company. There isn't another Company out there that can match their performance as far as I'm concerned.

I needed to have area rugs cleaned last minute after a move out of our home. They were very accommodating and the rugs loooed brand new after they were cleaned .

We were very satisfied with the carpet cleaning. Our tech was Zachary and he did an awesome job. We will definitely be using Zerorez again.

I’m sorry, I forget the young man’s name but he was excellent! He was very professional and gave us the run down and told us about add on options without ever pressuring us to purchase more. The carpet looked and smelled amazing! He was wonderful!

They showed up on time and explained everything. As usual they always try and up sale extra services which was $170 for the duct cleaning and $60.00 for the carpet cleaning which made my total bill just shy of $1000.00($990). they did a good job but the extra services they said that I would smell freshness and I don't smell anything from the deodorizer in the ducts and on the carpet. they were quick and and very friendly.

John (tech.) did a great job. He informed me of what he was about to do and upon leaving, informed me what to expect.

Employee was on time, friendly, helpful, did a nice job cleaning the carpets. Would have him back again in the future.

Technician was very friendly and efficient. He got the dirty parts of the carpet very clean. Unfortunately, he was not able to remove the many stained areas caused by our cats but I expected this result. He was on time and explained the whole process.
