I liked the fact that the tech was able to reassess what was needed on site. He was kind and understanding about my elderly dad’s situation and allowed me to be involved from 4 hours away with digital signing of the contract and payment afterwards. They got a horribly dirty carpet clean and I like the promise they will come back within 30 days to reclean any spots that may come back.

Rug cleaning did a bettor job than the last time I had them. The gentleman pre treated the spots first never did that before. Rugs look nice. Also had my dryer vent cleaned. Service man was very nice.
