I already recommended you to my neighbor for air duct cleaning. The gentlemen who came to my house were on time, worked quickly and were super polite. I had my dogs gated in the back room so they could work without being bothered by them and when it came to the last vents in that room they said I didn't need to move the dogs (but I did hold them so they weren't in the way). Everything was explained up front to me, and pricing matched my quote (unlike what happened when I had my carpets cleaned).

Brandon was so nice and incredible the whole day of the service. He called me about an hour out and told me their estimated arrival time and asked if that was OK. They arrived right on time, and we’re very quick inside. He explained everything very well. Payment was super easy too, I would recommend this company to anyone to get their floors cleaned! The seller wanted a clean look and smell. When he left, the carpets look newer and clean/listing ready. The tech was punctual and personable. The process successfully took out multiple stains of various origins. We will use Zerorez again in future. We have a 2 and 4 year old grandsons, so we will likely have more carpet issues in the future.

I had 2 very personable and knowledgeable technicians. Very professional.Lance called ahead of time, to let me know when he would arrive. He explained what he was going to do, we went over the cost. I think Jesse was in training. He had a great teacher in Lance. They did a great job in cleaning my carpets. I would definitely use Zerorez again. I hope the company has more technicians like these two. I hope they stay with the company. They are an asset.

I totally loved Kron when he came to do my rugs for me. He did an excellent job and he was a very, very nice person.
And the people who did the air duct for me were super super great at what they do and did not leave anything anything laying about and I only took like 45 minutes. They were very professional also.
