The end results! As I stated in a previous Google review, the process leaves my carpet looking newly installed. Service is always spot on with staff being courteous, knowledgeable as well as personable and professional in appearance
The cleaning went easily. Zack was efficient. He explained the process to us. The carpet dried in less than 24 hours. The only thing I would say is I was not told when scheduling the appointment that furniture is not moved when cleaning carpet. We didn’t have a bed in the room at the time. I would have said it was very expensive to just go around the furniture. We had moved some small things out of the room, so I guess we got our monies worth.
