We have dogs, 3 dogs, inside dogs, older at 14 & 15 years old, dogs that don’t like the cold & wet of Oregon weather.
Previously we have Zero Rez come every 4-5 months. We are upping their most excellent service to every 3 months as their products and services make our carpets look and smell so, so much better.
Ps: my husband & I agree that we will not replace the carpets until they have all crossed the Rainbow Bridge!

I have been using Zerorez for quite a few years. My carpets are always clean and fresh. Your techs have always been prompt, personable, and hard workers. I am especially pleased with my recent service as I had a difficult stain. Rich worked and worked on it and now I can't tell there was a stain. I have and will continue to refer friends to Zerorez.

The Technician arrived promptly on time, surveyed the area to be cleaned and explained what was needed and how it would be done, and began the work. He did a good job in a timely fashion and was courteous and friendly in a professional way.
I told the technician that I saw black streaks in my carpet and he said that was because the carpet was still wet but when it dried, those streaks would disappear.
I have taken pictures because those streaks are still in my carpet and I am not happy about this.
I have sent, via text, to the phone number and Diane's attention. It is right in my entryway and you can see these streaks immediately as you enter my house.
Your technician was personable and efficient. He gave us a really good explanation of your process, and he told us about the chemicals your company uses.

Some help take the stains out

I was totally impressed with their services, employee interaction and pricing. I have hardwood floors and several area rugs. Have been looking for a reliable service to get the job professionally cleaned, with no excuses.
Then, "Zerorez" came to my rescue... A neighbor has been using their services for awhile and highly recommended them, so I gave it a shot.
I am hard to impress, so when they delivered the cleaned rug I was extremely happy with the results. I am a total fan of this company and their work ethics. I will continue to use and recommend "Zerorez".

As always your employee was polite and did his job quite well. He put up with my "assistance" as I moved the furniture to make sure all the areas I wanted done were done. The house is now ready for another year with my allergies under control and those I cannot control less of a threat.

Awesome customer service!
Spots were not removed even though I accepted the recommendation and paid the extra fee! They resurfaced within an hour after the guy left and I took pictures to prove it.
I'm so disappointed in the service , it wasn't worth the $350 it didn’t even smell fresh like when other companies have done it.
As far as what you can do to make it better , a refund would be the appropriate thing to do but you'll probably just come back whit some excuse since you've already been paid.
