Friendly service and great haircut.
Quick, great cut!
First off I am not a complainer and have had my haircut several times by Spryng at the LWR location. I accepted an alternative stylist as Spryng was no longer there. I paid for myself and my 7 year old grandson to have MVP service. I asked for scissors cut with layers as I usually have. In my 69 years of hair cuts I have never received such a bad cut. Totally uneven like a hack job. My grandsons haircut wasn’t bad but he has so much hair that its not hardly noticeable but still not great. I would have complained but had my grandson with me and felt like that’s probably the best she could do. I still gave her well over 20% tip and didn't want to make a seen in front of my grandson and the many people waiting.
I have to go find another competent stylist to fix the mess. A full refund $66 would be nice. Sincerely Stephen Last name removed

Linette is a great hair stylist.. She is a professional & treats me right EVERY time. All other ppl who cut my hair do it nice once or twice, then it goes downhill.. Like I said, Linettes a pro, perfect every time. If anything, my cuts get BETTER w/time. Very happy customer 😊👍👌
