Patricia cut my hair. I didn't realize that I had been avoiding this location because of a bad experience with Patricia about a year ago. Sadly, I didn't realize what I had done until it was too late. After multiple pointers on how to fix the haircut, I walked away with the harshest "fade" I've ever had. I ended up going somewhere else to get the haircut fixed as I did not trust that she could make it right even if she wanted to.
I have no issues with her personality. She was plenty sweet. But her skills on cutting a fade were not present.
Only place I get my haircut. Very nice ladies that work there.

I always get good haircuts at Sports Clips, but I am never treated as a loyal customer.
I have been getting my haircut at The same Sports Clips for five years and the last three visits no stylist has ever offered me a punch card or asked if I have one. Before my last visit I contemplated looking for a new place to get my haircut. Why offer punch cards if you really don't intend to make it a part of your ongoing checkout process? I really just may not come back at this point. Very disappointing
