It is a great program for kids that love music and I have seen a tremendous growth in my sons confidence.
The organization and planning is my biggest complaint. It would be helpful to know before the season starts when the upcoming shows are. Instead that information comes out in the early weeks of the season, but the specific times aren't usually given until a week or two before. We've ended up having to cancel other plans or rearrange things that could have been avoided with more planning.
I like the combination of personal lessons plus group rehearsals.

Great instructors, directors, and management. The fellow student are fun and talented. The program has helped me become a much better guitar player!
Convenient online classes, and communication is excellent.
Everything! Coaches are welcoming and engaging. My daughter was not looking forward to changing studios due to our move and I begged her to give it a chance. She loves it and looks forward to her time spent at the studio.
Positive and fun atmosphere. Authentic musicians. Kids have a good time every week they are there. They are learning and enjoying the process.

My kids feel at home when they are there they are learning everyday and look forward to coming to practice and are making life long friends
This is amazing for the kids social skills, self esteem, and teaches a skill they can show off. My kids are so excited to see their band mates and teachers every week. My 7 year old just played a live show after the first month of rock 101. Was she the best musician, no, but she had so much fun that she practices everyday to play guitar while dancing, jumping, and showing off.
For kids that have only really known virtual teachers and COVID meetup play dates, having real people to interact with and be able to make real friends to play music with, is fantastic.

What's not to like? The kids have fun. The parents enjoy listening to classic rock with them. AND they get to learn a useful skill.
Everything! Such a welcoming environment and my daughter can't wait for her lessons and classes!

Everything! The teachers and staff really are at the center of the successful program. They are the reason our sons have wanted to keep going to lessons and rehearsals year after year after year. The fact that the school provides so many opportunities to perform is one thing that makes it a great fit for us as well. Our time at School of Rock has been well spent!
That there’s a band practice!
Love everything about this place. Instructors are fantastic and the program is just awesome. I'm learning both drums and guitar and am amazed at the progress I have made in such a short time.
We love that it challenges our daughter to grow and push outside her comfort zone. Her curiosity and taste in music has expanded since starting SOR.
Your programs create community. They instill confidence and self esteem in the students.

My kids have been students at the SoR for 4 years. It is the highlight of their week. They have amazing instructors and staff. My kids feel at home there. This program has helped them with their confidence. They make learning music fun. I couldn’t imagine taking my kids anywhere else.
