Beautiful spacious studio, plenty of parking and amazing instructor. She had a lot of good, uplifting energy. Class was intense with good flow and good music (for me music is very important).

No one is doing it like Cathy M is doing it. I go to a lot of the studios around the city and she reminded me why I love CorePower. I leave her class and feel like I really worked.

Nice studio and locker room. Conveniently located with lots of classes. Competent teachers. A little too much corporate programed mundane flows, but enthusiastic delivery.

In addition that the location which is convenient and easy access, the staff is so welcoming, caring, always with a smile and positive disposition. The yoga instructors are dedicated, move around the room to provide guidance, model, and give encouragement to keep going. The music and atmosphere is pleasant. I am very happy to have enrolled in the all access membership. Thank you!
Would like to see a couple more 45 minute classes. Also, the LG location floors need to be cleaned after every class. There is often hair and a few times I have seen finger nails on the floor.
