I enjoy the physical and mental challenge of taking instruction from and trying to keep up with people who are practicing at higher levels than I am. I like that the teachers teach to the top of the pack and offer every opportunity for everyone to work towards the higher levels with instruction and encouragement through the entire class.

Great instructors
A good hot sweat, stretching, balancing, strengthening, mind to breath to movement, brain reset, and the instructor Lisa V!! She had a calm clear voice and gave specific cues, had a unique flow, and gave adjusts and assists to ensure we had the correct postures. Couldn’t believe it was her first corepower class to teach!
The experience is amazing. The staff are welcoming and warm and the instructors are all top notch !

Evie is a prodigy. Her musicality, dynamic yet logical sequencing, symmetry between sides/timing, and ability to blend weight and cardio training are all perfect. There's a reason her classes are so full. I wish the YS training was more thorough so more teachers would be on her level.

Love the location and the staff. I shower sometimes there before going to work and there is pink and dark mold accumulating in the bathroom tiles. Other than that I truly enjoy taking classes here.
