Instructor was very calming and made me feel welcome even though I didn’t totally know what I was doing. I liked how difficult positions had easier options noted. Good smell in the room, good temperature, great music choice. I had a really wonderful time.
Autumn's class on Sunday mornings is INCREDIBLE. She is a tremendous instructor!

I love every class format. Great for making changes with my body snd seeing results quickly. The hands on correction by instructors is what I like most. Getting the right form to prevent injury is important to me.
The flow of class helps me feel like I got a good work out without feelings too exhausted. The poses are simple but challenging
