I loved how easy it was to navigate and mostly the instructor Kate M. My first time coming to the studio I took her level 2 yoga class and loved it so much I had to come back on Friday for her second of the week! I am just visiting currently and was pleasantly surprised to have made such an amazing connection with her in this class. Looking forward to coming back my next time in town!

I LOVE this studio! Especially in the last year or so the quality of teachers has been excellent, they are all highly motivated friendly and supportive! Camy,Tess, Ashlyn and Kiana specifically as I'm an early
morning workout person, but I've never had a bad class here from any of the teachers. The variety intensity and type of work are all excellent as well. The studio is always clean, the heat works, sound system is great and they are really good about making sure you get parking validated, which is also fast and easy. This location is right by work so it's easy to get there get a workout in and start the day. Truly it's one of my favorite things to do and I genuinely look forward to working out there!!!!! Woooooooo 😀

The best instructors! Clean facility. One question, why no ceiling fans in the locker rooms? It’s not much fun having to put on clean clothes when you’re still dripping sweat after a shower.
