there's some variety in the tires of classes and they have a 75 minute class on Saturday that's relaxing at a good time for me. the place always feels clean and the yoga rooms have good climate control. the teacher is extremely good about promoting detailed good form but we still can breath and meditate

I’d like a few C2’s added to the evening/weekend schedule. I hear others fussing that the humidifier is out.
I like the sunshine filled studios, friendly instructors and generous class offerings.
It would be great to have a C2 a couple of week nights at 6pm or 7pm w/ an experienced teacher w/ a nice following. Maybe everyone just like sculpt and HPF these days??

I like the teachers and their encouraging demeanor. Also I love Yoga Sculpt,especially classes focusing on the upper body and core.
Carmilla and the Chicago sculpts are simply the best. I wish the Phoenix CPYs could compare.

I didn't even know it was hot yoga going into it, but I loved the class and felt way more grounded and less in pain when I left and for the rest of the day. Will definitely like to return!
