Love love core power yoga. Have went for years. BUT the classes are becoming too full. There should be a limit and give everyone a little more space. I also believe Fort Worth needs an additional location.

The instructor was very kind and encouraging without being pushy. The music was also good! It was a tough class but I also had been on a break for about 6 months, so I expected it.

The teachers are great and class plans work well
Great classes and instructors and the location is terrific. Check-in staff is also very nice and the process is smooth. However, the men’s locker room needs more TLC. Between days it doesn’t look like the showers were washed out, the soap dispensers were not refilled and there were no little cups for the mouthwash, etc.
Also, most of the mats for rent smelled pretty funky and given that renting mats increased from $2 to $4, it would seem the CPY should invest in more new mats and certainly make sure they are clean.

Love this location, the facility and space are great and the instructors are all excellent. Want to specifically call out Haley Ash, Carrie H, and Megan B. as specifically excellent trainers- each one is providing a unique and specific set of skills and I learn something new every class and it's never boring or repetitive. Also all 3 of them are curating excellent playlists for sculpt, which really does need a strong beat in my opinion esp. when it's 6 am pitch black and freezing- the studio is pleasantly warm music is excellent and the staff are bringing it!
Only feedback for improvement is that parking can be an issue but that is 100% a fault of the building and the staff are super helpful and informative in navigating it, so it's more a suggestion to make sure that the facility is supporting CPY

The yoga (sculpt in particular) is amazing. The facility, with the fireplace, is also fantastic.
