Core Power is my happy place. I love the teachers and the studio set up. I am a mid age black woman and I love that is so diverse. Everyone makes you feel so comfortable. I would recommend anyone there.
I like that there are early classes. Most teachers are very positive and focus on one or two things to improve upon. It's not overwhelming that way. Most teachers teach to different kinds of learners. Everyone pushes themselves, but works at their own fitness level.
I loved my experience here! The only thing I would change is the parking situation, but I understand how difficult that is, and the staff was so wonderful and helpful especially with parking questions!

Loved the candlelight C2 class. I liked how much bigger the rooms are in this studio than Mueller, and I appreciated having adequate space between students to fully stretch and practice.
