I love the variety of classes & class times. I also love the feeling of community! Each instructor quickly learns your name & makes you feel so comfortable. The instructors often tell you to go at your own pace and I appreciate that! I always leave feeling so strong - the sweat, the loud music, and moving my body in such a healthy way feels incredible!
I have only gone to class as the Edina, MN CorePower Yoga studio. After completing over 100 classes, I can say that I have found there to be wonderful instructors and an environment which fosters community. I enjoy all of the instructors and appreciate their experience and the effort they put into each class. I have increased my strength, flexibility, and endurance with these wonderful instructors.

Class was great, location well situated in the city. Old plumbing makes the men’s locker room stink like whatever is being poured down the drain.
Core power yoga sculpt is a great workout. I love all the teachers. They are very nice when I walk in. Even though I am older than most I feel welcome.
The sense of a welcoming community that made me feel safe in starting my journey with yoga. Been going since it has opened and been hooked since! Thank you to the core power yoga family !
Love the clssses and instructors. I am currently in 200 yoga TT. Alli is awesome. I am new to Miami and the CPY community is so inviting. I love that they offer great strength classes. Ashley C is my favorite. I will be taking all my guests who visit me in the winter tp CPY Brickell.

This is the best studio in the DMV region
Great instructors. Some of the best around. Love the studio but the recent parking limitations are not ideal. I am no longer attending classes after 5:30 secondary to the change in parking. It is unfortunate that the village is allowing Zenzi Den to take the 2-3 spots across from the studio and we can no longer park behind it.
