I love this place!
I like the intensity of the class, which really challenges me physically and keeps me engaged. The environment is also very motivating and positive, making it easier to stay focused, the professionalism of the instructors stands out they are knowledgeable, supportive, and help ensure I’m getting the most out of each session.

Variety of classes , wonderful instructors , very clean and very well managed studio.
The staff are wonderful! I do wish that the bathroom area was cleaned as I went three times in one week and the bathroom seemed to not been touched at all wish was a bit concerning. Overall the staff is great and the studio is two minutes from my home so I will continue to go…. Just not to use the bathroom.

This was my first yoga class after recovery from gender-affirming surgery, and the instructor was both very chill about the trans thing (sadly, not always a given!) and provided really useful modifications so I could start getting to know my new body. I felt GREAT after our class!

The teachers are very friendly and helpful. I get a great workout every time in a judgment-free zone, which is so refreshing. I look forward to it every day!
