Number and variety of classes
I love how the classes change up and it's always a different experience. The teachers are all wonderful, encouraging and helpful! Also, having the membership keeps me accountable and helps keep me motivated.

The class was awesome! Emily, the instructor was calming and encouraging and offered little tips for everyone of all levels throughout the class. I left feeling peaceful and motivated.
I loved how challenging it was and how welcoming and kind the staff was.
It's peaceful no judgment as I'm older and not at my ideal weight.
This was my first class with Pegah. She approaches the HPF class differently than most other instructors. It felt more meditative and instructional. I loved her reminders that we can fall into autopilot when we become familiar with a routine, and her education on backbends. I have been approaching backbends differently all weekend and can already feel the difference in my neck/throat.

it’s my happy place! i love how it makes me feel after, the glow is definitely real! it also makes me feel stronger, physically and mentally which is always great.
I love this studio and I love Lindy's classes. My only angst is how full the classes are. It takes away from the overall experience for me personally.
