Melody has been an amazing teacher. The poses and sequences that she chooses to teach each class have really been what my body needs to make it throughout the week. The intentions that Melody uses to start and close her classes with have been great and have gotten me through rough patches at work. Lastly, the atmosphere that Melody sets once I step through the door of the studio is always warm and inviting. Melody truly is the embodiment of what a yoga teacher leading you in your yoga journey should be.

Wanted to give a special shout out to Shreya who is such an amazing teacher. Her classes are so challenging yet super fun. Love the music too! Mostly, just love her energy and feel she makes everyone in her class a better person with her kindness and also her readings at the end of class.
