The heat, humidity, and consistency of studios nationwide. I recently moved from Southern California and was there for almost 20 years. I now live in Rhode Island, and though I have to drive an hour to the nearest CP, it’s worth it to me! Makes me feel like home. I’d love to see a CP in Providence, RI or Hartford, CT, or even New Haven, CT.

I attended the uptown location for the first time on 3/22. The teacher I had for my class was pretty amazing at his craft. I was very impressed. I also appreciated the hands-on adjustments (since teachers don’t seem to offer that anymore) but I will say that teachers (especially men) should be really careful about assuming they can touch people. Thankfully I was welcoming of the touch, but consent is really important. Also, I was supposed to get my parking validated but when I went to check out at the parking ramp I still had to pay. Apparently I needed one more voucher ticket (I was only given 2) for the time my car was in the lot. That irritated me a bit but overall I really enjoyed the class and teacher. Location felt a bit dingy compared to the other locations I attend, but the quality of the class outweighed that con.

Margo is very graceful about teaching and managing the always popular and well populated Saturday morning HPF. There is always room and she is great about teaching to a full studio.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The classes were challenging and interesting. The studio was well organized. The music was great.
The Woodbury studio is my favorite location. The manager (Grace) and instructors are very kind and welcoming. They are terrific about working with students of all levels Grace especially does a great job at getting us properly set in our poses then offering options for those who want to intensify their practice.
I was distressed to learn that Grace has been asked to step down from her position as manager. I don’t know what prompted this change, but want to share that I have seen Grace several times a week since she started at the Woodbury location, and she has always had a smile on her face and a kind word for everyone. Once when there was trouble with the temperature in a yoga sculpt studio (pre-class, it was 115 and climbing), she put the health and safety of the students first and cancelled the class. She did so very apologetically, and did her best by offering an alternative class for those who wanted to take one.
It is our loss that Grace will not longer be at the Woodbury location. I will miss her bright smile, lovely personality, and excellent teaching skills.

I love you guys, I pray for the day core power yoga doesn't rely on customer feedback because customers are grumpy. You guys should be teaching us about yoga. Love lov3 lov3

Sahar J - please switch up the routine more often and have a focus on all body movements not just heavy on arms. Too much focus on arms it’s over exhausting rather than true sculpting.
Ryan W - routines are not as “sculpt” based but more CP 1/2. Please enhance the movements to be more sculpt workouts and intensity in comparison to the rest of the instructors. Please add more upbeat music for sculpt - not instrumental calm.

The parking deck is atrocious and the validation ticket didn't work for me, but the class was fantastic.
