Great intensity
The medford location is great because it offers a bunch of different type of classes, and so many. The front desk is always so nice, I mostly practice at Charlestown location but recently they have gotten rid of their 9am Core Yoga 2 classes on Saturday and Sunday, so I drive to Medford!
Instructors are friendly and I appreciate the support of going at your own pace. Sometimes classes don't feel welcoming to variations but all classes at CorePower support it
Very convenient, more available classes and 6am or 6:30 is great!
The Merrifield studio is ideal for my practice and hot Power Flow. It’s easy to park and easy to schedule classes. The classroom is perfect. The instructors are always great.
I love the Brentwood CPY and the community. Excellent instructors and space.
Great and professional instructor, extremely helpful in adjusting poses, calm voice, great pose series and calming music.
Katie is the BEST instruction from her energy to her music to the sequences she puts together. Karolina is hard core in the BEST way, she knows when to push and knows how to guide you through the class, love her! Niki is another great instructor too, she kicks my butt and gets my bootie looking fine!

Core power has helped me lose 60lbs, resolve an old left hip injury from basketball and rugby and reduced my fall risk to virtually zero. At 62, I now feel 25 again and could be no more pleased with the class I attend led by Megan twice a week. I also love the classes at Knox Henderson and grateful to Billie, who got me started at that location.

Small request to fix the temperature on the water fountain for the bottle fill. The water comes out almost warm.
Very welcoming environment, clean. The yoga sculpt class is my favorite, challenging in all the right ways!

I like the location of the studio as it is close to my place of work. I also like the variety of classes offered, the schedule of classes, all of the teachers are wonderful. I appreciate the overall cleanliness of the studios, lobby, and the women's locker room.

I am beginning to become frustrated. It is difficult to choose which classes to take because there are SO MANY good teachers !!!!!!!!!!

Clean spaces, big studios, and stocked locker rooms. Would only recommending adding a few more parking spots for when both studios are in use, it becomes challenging to find a CPY spot. Great otherwise!

The teacher had a very positive vibe and overall emotional state. She was obviously new - Many little left/right errors and such - but that’s because it was a new sequence for her. She added some personal touches that were different- Goddess Pose to half Moon for example - and this made it fresh. The studio seemed to have some bathroom issues - hopefully they will fix that - There was a definite sewage smell throughout. I gave a very positive review because this is the kind of teacher who will inspire new members into joining
