I usually take Nia’s class on Wednesday evenings or Saturday mornings. She has a great playlist, is encouraging and keeps up a challenging routine :) I recommend her class to my friends and family!

I love the intensity of the C2 classes. I love the new X strength training claases. So many kind, caring and joyful teachers! ! There should be a reward system ifor teachers in place for longevity, class size, and encouraging members to bring a friend using a card with their name on it. Love. Love, love the Arlington Heights Studio.
