It was my first time ever doing yoga and I loved it. The instructor was very knowledgable and helped me change my positioning if I was off, and spoke slow enough and clearly so I could understand what to do next. I also bought a coffee mug and I thought that selection of clothes and other items were plentiful and liked the selection.
I love corepower in general, but I like the exercises, sets, and practice better at the Yoga I go to in Berkeley.

The instructor was fantastic and all of the employees were super helpful and sweet. The studio seemed extremely clean. I also really liked that the class size was relatively small, so the instructor was able to give personalized advice to guide each student in their practice.
The Corepower studio has a very comfortable and friendly feel. It is always clean and the classes are challenging. I love the heat!

The teachers are great. I enjoy the warmer studio (not a huge fan of the HOT classes, but like that you have a variety). The consistent structure of the class is good. The bathroom/locker room is amazing (super clean and gives you everything you need). The location is great! Thank you.
I enjoy the Core 2 and HPF classes, they are energizing and relaxing at the same time. The facility is very clean and the setting is calming and warm.
