I like that the times stay the same and the classes change. This allows for a good variety if you are only able to attend class at a certain time. All of the instructors are awesome and are always available to speak with before and after class.
Great classes. Challenging. Wonderful studio and the instructors were supportive and very interested in their students. They encourage you to honor where you are in your own practice. It appears to be a great community at CorePower Yoga which is helpful to me on my journey in life and in my practice. I am grateful to be able to attend this studio!

When I took class, I informed the teacher about my IT injury, and she took time to explain and help me to modify the position as to not exacerbate the injury. I was impressed by her willingness to focus on me, and my issues while teaching a full class.

I love the whole senery of the location. I feel extremely comfortable as soon as I walk in through the door. All the intructors are extremely knowledgeable in their practice and amazingly kind and supportive. At Core Power Yoga at feel for (even just an hour) safe and at peace. Ive had trouble before even getting out of bed and getting my day started and just a solid week of yoga has been life changing, for both my mind and body.
