I like that you offer a variety of classes I.e. Power sculpt and now boot camp. Unlike other yoga studios, which are strictly yoga. I also love the energy of the guides, especially Sonny and Dat!
What I would like to see are earlier classes during the week? Unfortunately, I'm a little disappointed in the 6am classes having recently been cancelled. I was looking forward to taking advantage of that classtime.

I've been to several other studios and they are all great but Corepower yoga in Poway feels like home. I appreciate the nonjudgmental, down-to-earth, and encouraging attitudes of the instructors which is consistent at any of the Corepower yoga studios. The studios have a modern appeal and are very clean. Practicing yoga has positively changed my life, thanks to Corepower yoga.
