I love how clean the facility is and the atmosphere is so calming and peaceful. There are so many different classes available for different schedules and levels! The locker room is super convenient if I have something after class and don't want to show up sweaty!

the teachers are all wonderful, the schedule is convenient, the classes are challenging and no one pressures you to do anything you can't do or don't feel you can do. There is a lot of support and compassion from the instructors
