The studio was clean and well organized. The students were friendly and supportive. The teacher had wonderful energy. The pace of the class was good. As a first time attendee, I felt comfortable making accommodations according to what I felt comfortably challenged by and not pressured to push beyond what I felt my limits were. The class as a whole responded very well to the teacher, who in turn gave a lot of individual, personal feedback. There was a delightful feeling of collaboration between the teacher and the students and among the students. I felt very welcome.

The staff was very warm and welcoming. The facility is beautiful, and I liked the retail offerings. The instructor was good and the class description was accurate. Great first Core Power Yoga experience. I'll be back again soon. Thank you for being a Class Pass participant.
