I've been going to CorePower Yoga - Poway for several months now and I absolutely love it! The studio along with the bathrooms are always so clean and spotless. I absolutely love coming to corepower. The different classes throughout the day are extremely convenient. I encourage everyone to come to corepower! Annie O is an amazing instructor. She's helpful, patient, and supporting.

I have never done Yoga before so this is new for me. Your staff is very friendly, your facility is very clean and nice. I have now taken 4 yoga classes and feel that each instructor is a little different and I have enjoyed each one of them. I have a bad back and have been able to adjust each session to protect my back due to the detailed instruction during each session.
