I absolutely love coming to corepower. The different classes throughout the day are extremely convenient. I encourage everyone to come to corepower! Annie O is an amazing instructor. She's helpful, patient, and supporting.

I have never done Yoga before so this is new for me. Your staff is very friendly, your facility is very clean and nice. I have now taken 4 yoga classes and feel that each instructor is a little different and I have enjoyed each one of them. I have a bad back and have been able to adjust each session to protect my back due to the detailed instruction during each session.

The staff at CorePower Poway is amazing- attentive, knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. Unlike other studios I have attended, I never feel intimidated by the teachers or front desk employees and always feel comfortable asking questions. Upon arrival, I am always immediately greeted. Prior to leaving, a staff member always ask about my practice. They maintain a very positive space and I feel that I consistently have the best yoga experience possible.

My overall experience at CorePower Yoga is always amazing. It feels great to receive a warm welcome from people who genuinely care about my wellbeing. It always feels like walking in to a haven, to which I come to heal, reset and restore before going out in to the world for battle :-D!
