I love how Core Power has inspired me to practice yoga regularly. With other studios I would go for a few months then drop off but I can't get enough CPY. I feel like I am part of a community, since I am new to the area this means a lot. I crave yoga now when a few days have passed without my attending a Core Power class. I am so much more mindful now, about how much I eat and how much rest I get.

Everyone is very friendly. I LOVED Megan H who longer teaches there, SO sad! Love Carrie who is now leaving! Love Lisa H who teaches there sporadically. I guess I have to start trying out the new teachers! Kyrie is so enthusiastic about teaching and you can tell she loves being there! I started at this studio because Katie B was my first yoga teacher. She is no longer there but she was so instrumental! I guess CPY needs to have a ton more of Katie Bs!! NOT an easy task!

CorePower Yoga is wonderful, taking classes there has improved my life and stress levels so much. Kyrie, Annie O, and Megan are absolutely wonderful teachers. I love it when Kyrie offers cool towels with essential oils during the final savasana, amazing! The only critique I would say is I have noticed several teachers like to play songs with lyrics during the final savasana of class, which I find very distracting. I think instrumental music would be more conducive to the peace of the last savasana. Thank you for providing awesome yoga!!
