I started at this studio because Katie B was my first yoga teacher. She is no longer there but she was so instrumental! I guess CPY needs to have a ton more of Katie Bs!! NOT an easy task!

CorePower Yoga is wonderful, taking classes there has improved my life and stress levels so much. Kyrie, Annie O, and Megan are absolutely wonderful teachers. I love it when Kyrie offers cool towels with essential oils during the final savasana, amazing! The only critique I would say is I have noticed several teachers like to play songs with lyrics during the final savasana of class, which I find very distracting. I think instrumental music would be more conducive to the peace of the last savasana. Thank you for providing awesome yoga!!

I thought everyone at the studio was very nice and friendly. The instructor was very knowledgable and informative with the class. This was my first time at a yoga class and I fell in love ! I definitely will be a regular at the poway location.
