Clean facilities, capable staff, a variety of classes

The people are the best. I feel like La Mesa has some of the very best teachers. As far as apparel, it's not as great as other studios but the classes are second to none.

First ever Heated Yoaga experience....Most importantly It was clean. Shanon - the teacher was very sweet and explained everything. They provided a clean towel for my first time, and reminded me to bring one next time. Blocks are provided.

The instructors are amazing! I love that this studio has 2 yoga rooms vs 1 it makes me feel less rushed when I'm trying to catch a class.

Corepower has become my home away from home. A comfortable place that's welcoming, clean, challenging and (self) centering. I schedule my classes ahead each week on my family calendar making them a priority and giving me something to look forward to!
