What do you like about our products and services?

La Mesa is my favorite studio. I love that there are two yoga studios, it is always clean and beautiful in the studios and locker rooms. The products are fresh and easy on my sensitive skin. I love the water bottle fountain. I just adore the La Meda crew and studio. It's my home base. My happy place. ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡

I have had great experiences with all of the instructors. The classes are are the same, but with a different flare from each instructor. I would recommend to anyone!

I love YOGA! I like the atmosphere, even though the rooms are a little small for the number of people there are sometimes... I love the candles, the friendly staff, great teachers, the aroma mist, the heat, the dressing room. I love it all!

All the instructors are friendly and give great guidance and corrections. It feels almost individual instruction is happening even though you may have 20 people with you. The flexibility around schedules is AWESOME also. The facilities are clean, well-kept and inviting. The amenities offered to all who go are a huge plus and bonus other studios don't offer as well.

The instructors are great! I love the ambiance of the rooms. They are quiet places to remove all distractions of the day and just focus on yoga for an hour. The locker rooms are clean. The soap and shampoo smell fantastic!
