I love the sense of community at the CorePower La Mesa studio. the staff is so gracious and welcoming. The studio is very good at adding fun and different things in the mix of our workouts whether it be live music or special arm balancing classes etc. Also the studio is very clean and orderly. I feel it's my home away from home

Classes always start and end on time. The studio is clean, friendly staff. I do wish the sale items were more of a sale. Not alot to choose from
I have been going for over a year now and hope to continue to grow in my yoga practice.

Lindsay was a great instructor! The room we used was very clean, organized, and the heat was great. I would definitely recommend the sculpt class.

What do you like about our products and services?

I can go up and down the west coast (living in Portland, Oregon), and even to Colorado (two summers ago), and have the same great yoga experiences at CorePower. The instructors are kind and respectful (I had Lupe in La Mesa), the studios well-kept, the classes hard work but very rewarding. Thank you!
